After some nervy opening exchanges, three Salford tries sparked the game into life – two from Cailey Miller and one from the returning Anna Dennis.

Lily Gray extended the Reds’ advantage after the break, before FC attempted a late fightback, scoring three tries in quick succession to make for a nervy ending.
