Catch the highlights from a tough evening for our young Scholars side, who were heavily beaten by Huddersfield Giants.

Head Coach, Jon Mann opted to field some younger players to gain invaluable experience, leaving some more of the sides’ established names on the sidelines.

The spirit and bravery of the team were on full display for the first thirty minutes, restricting a well-drilled Giants side to just four points.

However, taking a 16-0 lead into the break, the floodgates opened in the second-half as Salford – who had to defend for long periods – grew tired and left gaps for the visitors to exploit.
