RESERVES MATCH HIGHLIGHTS – SALFORD RED DEVILS 12-50 ST HELENS (R8)

Catch the best bits for our Reserves’ Round 8 meeting with St Helens on Saturday afternoon.

Against a side full of first grade experience, including Tongan international, Agnatius Paasi, the Reds battled well throughout and scored two wonderfully worked tries.

The first of which saw Sam Littler, Academy captain and usual back-rower, finish a swift passing sequence on the left edge to stroll over.

Sean Murray scored his first Reserves try just before the hooter, latching onto a deft grubber from fellow half, Rhyley Hyde to touch down.

However, largely via a four-try haul from Dayon Sambou, it was the Saints who came away with the two competition points.
