The final scoreline suggests the Robins were convincing winners, but the contest was anything but, with Salford leading the game going into the final quarter.

Rhyley Hyde scored a stunning intercept try to power the Reds – after Dan Jenkinson’s conversion – six points in front, but a late onslaught from the visitors stole the two points.

They were helped, however, by a Salford sin-binning, ten minutes from time, with KR taking advantage of the extra man and tiredness on multiple occasions.
